The location is great, close to The Mall of America, airport, and local businesses. The room I booked was nicely decorated and well-kept, with a king bed, a view of the trailers, and WiFi.

Loved the breakfast, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean! Front desk clerk that checked me in was awesome! Very polite and accommodating,she made everything pleasant
More information on booking shuttle. Nothing mentioned or viewable that states if you need a shuttle it has to be booked 24 hrs in advance.

Some rooms here come with a sofa bed, which is a great option for extra guests or just lounging 🛋️. The location is awesome, right in the heart of major cities.

Overall clean and well-maintained accom with good and absolutely perfect location close enough to MSP International airport, and the airport shuttle. Complimentary and well-stocked breakfast and a lot of goodies. Free parking on-site provided.

The hotel was well-maintained and quiet. The staff were amicable and provided excellent service. The room was great-sized and included a microwave and king bed. The shuttle service to the airport was greatly appreciated.

Revolving front door.....seemed like a trap! Front desk staff that was sure I was at the wrong hotel, even though I had an email from the Hotel manager, who's name was posted on the wall and a printed confirmation!! When will they learn the Customer is RIGHT until proven other wise.
